The relationship between Greig and his client is an essential aspect of the psychotherapy process as both persons work to create the path to your wholeness again.
The provision of lasting change in psychotherapy requires a deep level of emotional connection and conscious awareness. This bringing into experience of your avoided emotions allows you to break free of their debilitating effect on your life and reduces anxiety. As you become more comfortable with emotions you are able to develop better quality relationships based in the here and now rather than impacted upon by your past.
These changes are not superficial. They provide long lasting character change.
Greig is a registered provider with Medicare and ATAPS.
